I'm digging the perspective in this piece. The way Zarracka's frost breath seems to envelop the viewer, even as it freezes her opponent solid, creates a very personal, intimate feel to the scene, enhanced by the way Zarracka herself seems to be looking directly at the audience. Freezing fire can't be an easy task, and the fact that Zarracka has done it so effortlessly is quite intimidating to say the least. 's women certainly are formidable individuals, to say the least. Not the sort of ladies you'd want to make an enemy of - especially if this is how they typically deal with those who incur their wrath...>.>
Hey there. What can I say? I just love powerful women!
In actual fact, this is kinda a scene from a book I've written - although slightly edited. This character is a Dragonkin, and all the Dragonkin have different dragon breath related powers. In her case ice.
I noticed the other comments you said about elangkarosingo's other commissions he did for me and you are utterly spot on. I love his expressions and his colours in his artwork - he's done a lot of work for me in the past and is one of my fav artists.
I'm actually somewhat familiar with Draconica - the comics and images in your favorites gallery piqued my curiosity, so I did a Google search and stumbled upon the wiki. Interesting stuff, I must say. Zarracka and her siblings are quite an appealing, and intriguing, bunch to say the least.
